The rooms had a stuffy smell and needed better cleanliness, but once moved to another room, the environment was quiet and decent. The service was top-notch with very courteous and kind staff, especially Asish at the reception. However, the inconvenience of having to drive a kilometer away for paid bath services was a drawback. The dining experience was good, with a variety of South Indian dishes, although the taste could have been improved. The hotel facilities are adequate, but the ground floor reception area is described as subpar.

Although the hotel had a few issues like a lingering cigarette smell in the premium room, the staff promptly addressed it by assigning a new room. Despite some cleanliness concerns, with multiple complaints, my overall experience was satisfactory. The service, especially from Mr Krishna, was exemplary, offering guidance on activities in Udupi and facilitating a room change. The location, right across the beach, was truly excellent, providing easy access to the beautiful seafront. The dining experience offered a good variety of South Indian dishes, although breakfast could have been better. The facilities met basic expectations but could use some improvement.

The hotel is situated right on Malpe Beach, offering a fantastic location for a family getaway. The rooms were clean and neat, though a minor makeover on the ceiling was noticeable. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Krishna's leadership. The dining experience was a mix of reasonably tasty dishes but with room for improvement in taste. Overall, a great spot for a beach vacation with some minor areas that could be enhanced.

The hotel offers premium sea-facing rooms with a superb view of the ocean right from your room, but the quality is less than average for the price charged. The rooms were dirty and had a lot of sea sand, yet the sea view was impressive.

The hotel offers a beach view where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, but the room cleanliness needs improvement, with broken pipes, a non-functional bed lamp, and a coffee maker with a broken lid. The lack of a shower room and a missing lock on the door were also disappointing.
